1. General Terms

ThrillMyTravel provides travel services, event bookings, festival packages, themed trips, parties, affiliate programs, and third party travel solutions through our website, apps, APIs, and partner platforms. By booking with us, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under the applicable laws of India and your country of residence.

2. Non Refundable Policy

All bookings made through ThrillMyTravel.in are strictly non refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Domestic and international travel packages
Festival trips, themed tours, and special events
Parties, concerts, and entertainment events
Affiliate partner packages and third party bookings
API powered bookings and third party integrations

Once payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be entertained under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of the reason including customer cancellation, provider cancellation, natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, force majeure events, or any unforeseen situation.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Partial payments or blocked bookings without payment will not guarantee a confirmed service. Payments are processed through secure PCI DSS compliant gateways.

4. Partner and Affiliate Services

ThrillMyTravel partners with trusted third party service providers including airlines, hotels, event organizers, transport operators, affiliates, and API partners. While we ensure best efforts in quality, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by partners. All such bookings remain subject to our non refundable policy.

5. Event and Festival Travel

For all festival packages, themed tours, and event based travel, bookings are non transferable and non refundable. Entry passes, tickets, and inclusions once booked cannot be altered or cancelled.

6. Force Majeure

ThrillMyTravel shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver services due to causes beyond our reasonable control including natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, wars, accidents, or technical issues. Under such conditions, no refunds will be issued.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate details while booking including passport details, visa requirements, medical conditions, and identification documents. ThrillMyTravel shall not be liable for denial of services due to incorrect information or missing documents.

8. Liability Disclaimer

ThrillMyTravel acts as a booking facilitator and is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, travel delays, or damages caused during the trip or event. Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance for safety and security.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on ThrillMyTravel.in are the property of ThrillMyTravel. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
